WINNER OF MISS UNIVERSE 2013 MISS VENEZUELA MARÍA GABRIELA ISLER

MISS VENEZUELA MARÍA GABRIELA ISLER was crowned the 2013 Miss Universe today.

The 25-year-old beauty queen beat out 86 other contestants, including first runner-up Patricia Yurega of the Spain , to win the highly-coveted title.

Culpo takes over the honor from last year’s winner, Miss USA Olivia Culpo.

This year’s judges included such famous faces Steven Tyler, Chef Nobu, Tara Lipinski, Carol Alt, Anne V, Farouk Shami, Italo Fontana, Philip Kirkorov.

The competition, which was held this year at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia, was hosted by THOMAS ROBERTS and MEL B Miss Universe is co-owned by Donald Trump and NBC.

Miss Costa Rica Fabiana Granados was in the top 16 contestants of Miss Universe 2013.
